Definitions:

“Project” is the action State Capture Estimation and Monitoring of Anticorruption Policies at the Sectoral level (SceMaps) under Grant Agreement, nr. 823816 in force from 1 January 2019 including its Annexes, by and between the European Commission and the Project Coordinator.

“Project Coordinator” means the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), Bulgaria. The Center for the Study of Democracy is also the entity maintaining the technical functioning of this website.  

“Project Partner” means any of the 4 parties that have signed Partnership Agreement under the above mentioned project. Project partners are: Coordinator – The Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), Bulgaria; Project members: Fundacion Ciudadana CIVIO (CIVIO), Spain; Asociatia Expert Forum (EFOR), Romania and Universita Degli Studi di Trento (UNITN), Italy.

This website (hereinafter, the SceMaps website) is created with the purpose to provide publicity for the work of the Sce Maps project (hereinafter, the Project).

The copyright of all information and materials elaborated under the Project by Project Partner(s) and published on the website, shall belong to the respective Project Partner(s).
